Chef Rubber Succeeds Worldwide With Nevada Industry Excellence Help
The Chef Rubber division of JBC & Company has scored 'worldwide success' with their Chef Rubber succeeds new e-commerce website that Nevada Industry Excellence helped implement. Their business grew over tenfold in the last year since going on the internet with their products.
Chef Rubber manufactures and distributes a variety of silicones, molds, colorants, colored cocoa butter and supplies for the artisan chef. They specialize in 2 part RTV silicone rubbers for mold making. They supply the major well known confectioners throughout the world.
When Paul Edward and Crystal Mier started this division of JBC, they recognized, in the Nevada Industry Excellence sponsored CEO course, that marketing to the right people would be a challenge. Their existing website needed to go to the next level with e-commerce capability and become optimized for search engine success. Nevada Industry Excellence assisted in making that happen. Working together, website parameters were established based on achieving a world wide recognizable brand along with presentation and sales of all products that could occur in real time on the website as well.
The website http://www.ChefRubber.com was developed and brought online within a few months with over 1,500 products showcased and available for immediate purchase. The site ranks near the top in almost every major category of product that Chef Rubber sells. Consequently, due to world wide demand, Chef Paul Edward (Vice President) and Crystal Mier (President) have conducted seminars in Switzerland, Puerto Rico and across the U.S., training chefs in techniques and use of their unique, labor saving products. They are now scheduled in South America and Asia later this year.
As the business grew they moved from a 3,600 sq.ft. building to a 5,500 sq. ft. building and are now planning on moving into a 12,000 sq. ft. building by the end of this year. They are still struggling to keep up with the order demand even though they have doubled their workforce as well.
Vice President Paul Edward said, "Nevada Industry Excellence's help with marketing strategies and manufacturing practices has allowed us to achieve tremendous success and growth in a short period of time with minimum labor."
